The Service is owned and operated by ECHIPA VI, SRL. (Ramuri). The Service is offered subject to acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Website by Ramuri.

Except as specifically stated in this document, you may not use, upload, publish, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, license, transmit or distribute all information on the Website in its entirety, or partially without the prior written consent of www.ramuri.co.
Ramuri Trademarks
You must not use the Ramuri name, the Ramuri logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans without the prior written permission of Ramuri.

Ramuri offers its customers the support service at the telephone number +37378060120 or on the e-mail address contact@ramuri.co. Working days of the support service are from Monday to Friday, working hours 10.00-20.00.
The support service provides consultation with customers on the goods and services offered by the website www.ramuri.co, the methods of payment, delivery, and revocation of the payment operation/transactions. The Ramuri Support Service is obliged to receive complaints from buyers, to ensure that they are informed of the status of the claims investigation process, and, as appropriate, to ensure the investigation of complaints.
Commercial Policy
How do customers buy?
On the desired product page, select the quantity, and size of the product. Click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button, available below the product images. The product is now available in the ‘CART’. It is accessible from the right corner of the page. Hover your mouse over the link, or click, to discover the ‘CART’. Edit or continue with the order of the goods by clicking on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.
Enter contact details and delivery dates:
- first name and last name
- billing and delivery address;
- telephone number;
- e-mail address;
- order notes if any.
After that, it is necessary to select the payment method. Prior to initiating the payment transaction, the buyer must agree to the terms and conditions by checking the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” section. Click ‘PLACE ORDER’ to continue on the secure payment platform.
How do clients pay?
Before proceeding with the completion of the payment transaction, all the parameters and basic conditions of the sale directed to payment must be made available to the buyer:
- unique command identifier;
- the price and quantity of each product/service in the transaction;
- delivery terms;
- the delivery method applicable to this transaction;
- delivery dates (name, surname, telephone number of the recipient, delivery address);
- the delivery price, if to apply for the respective payment;
- other payments if applicable to this transaction;
- the total value of the order, equal to the amount of the payment transaction that will be initiated by the merchant for the payment of the given sale;
- reference and active link to commercial conditions;
- other special conditions possibly applicable to the given transaction.
Payment can be made through the payment instruments offered by “Paynet Service” SRL. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise, the delivery will not be made.
www.ramuri.co is secure, www.ramuri.co does not store your personal, account, or card details used in an online transaction.
Revocation of the transaction
If the purchased item was lost during transport or delivery is impossible / was not made within the maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmation of the respective payment transaction, www.ramuri.co is obliged to initiate the revocation of the payment operation, respective payment/transaction, except in cases where express written consent has been received from the buyer regarding the extension of the delivery period.
www.ramuri.co or the buyer has the possibility to initiate both the revocation of the payment/transaction operation in full amount and in partial amount, depending on the nature and cause of the revocation
Other conditions for canceling the transaction:
- Once the payee has entered the payment details, confirmed and authorized the payment, it will not be possible to make the changes, revoke the payment and return the financial means related to the payment.
- The commercial relations between the beneficiary and www.ramuri.co are officially regulated by the bodies on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts. The buyer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 30 days of receipt of the product.
- The beneficiary cannot request a refund of the transferred money, and the operator will not take into account the beneficiary’s claims regarding the refund of the money.
Final and judicial provisions
Any dispute arising out of the use of the items provided by www.ramuri.co will be settled amicably. In the event of any disputes during the purchase, payment or delivery of the products purchased on the website www.ramuri.co and which are not regulated by a point of this act, they will be resolved amicably, within 30 working days. from the moment the matter is notified in writing.
If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the courts of the Republic of Moldova shall have jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer fully assumes these risks.
Domestic shipping
Ramuri offers FREE domestic standard shipping for orders above MDL 3000 / EUR 150.
For orders below this amount, the standard shipping within Chisinau is MDL 50, and around the country MDL 150.
Standard shipping – 3-5 business days
Express shipping – 1-2 business days. An extra shipping fee may apply.
International shipping
Ramuri offers FREE international standard shipping for orders above MDL 7000 / EUR 350.
For orders below this amount, the standard international shipping is EUR 35.
Standard international shipping – 7-15 business days
Express shipping – 3-7 business days. An extra shipping fee may apply.
International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates. Shipments will be also subject to taxes and duties, borne by you, once the purchase reaches your country.
Please be aware that although Ramuri provides product-wrapping, packages might need to be opened through customs checks.
Domestic Returns
Ramuri accepts returns of unworn and unused products within 30 days from purchase or receipt day if delivered to you.
You are eligible for a refund or exchange only after Ramuri receives the item and confirms that it is unworn, unused, and has the original tag intact.
International Returns
Ramuri does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final. Please contact contact@ramuri.co if you need further assistance.
